Anyone can build a house. It’s not brain surgery. After all, builders don’t actually “build” anything at all; they are just general contractors, right? Any decent organizer can be a general contractor. You just need to go through the regulatory/permitting process, organize about 25-30 different tradespeople in the right sequence, get the proper city inspections/approvals along the way, and you’re a builder.
